Refund/Return Policy

Our 7-day refund/return policy begins on the day you get your order.

If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, you have the following options: Request a refund/return through your Skoot Ezy account. Return the product to us after we have received your request. We will release the reimbursement to you once we have received the returned merchandise.

The product must be returned to us in its original condition. If we discover that the goods has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse the refund/return.
