Skoot Ezy: Formerly Known as Southern Fratellanza Singapore and Cervello Tres Singapore

At Skoot Ezy, we have a rich history and experience in the electric mobility industry. Formerly known as Southern Fratellanza Singapore and Cervello Tres Singapore, we started our journey in July 2016, operating out of a studio apartment on Claymore Road. In September of the same year, we proudly opened our first official retail outlet at Orchard Towers in Singapore.

Introducing Italian-designed electric scooters: the Velocifero MAD and ZUKBOARD!

Our journey began with the launch of the Velocifero MAD, an Italian-designed electric scooter, brought to Singapore by Skoot Ezy from 2016 to 2018. Captivated by its stylish design and efficiency, we embarked on a thrilling venture, promoting these scooters across central Singapore. As we expanded, so did our offerings. We introduced the ZUKBOARD electric scooter in 2018, further enriching our range with exciting options.

Repairing and Servicing Electric Scooters

With our passion for electric mobility, we not only sold scooters but also started providing repair and servicing for all electric scooters available in the market. Our team of skilled technicians ensures that your electric scooter receives the best care and attention, keeping you on the move with minimal downtime.

A Growing Fleet of Electric Scooters and Offroad Electric Bikes

As our reputation and customer base expanded, so did our range of products. We added popular brands such as Buzzraw, DYU, Fiido, Kido, and Tempo to our fleet of electric scooters. In 2019, we took the plunge to become the sole distributor for an offroad electric bike, Sur-Ron, in Southeast Asia. With our diverse selection, we strive to meet the varied needs and preferences of our customers.

Adapting to the Pandemic: Our Current Location at 1 Pandan Loop

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Skoot Ezy underwent significant changes. We made a strategic decision to relocate to our current premises at 1 Pandan Loop in the western region of Singapore. This move ensures heightened accessibility for our valued customers, offering a convenient hub for all your electric mobility needs.

Why did we shift to 1 Pandan Loop, Singapore, 128219? Before our move, Skoot Ezy operated from 517 West Coast Road, Singapore, 120517, for a successful span of 2.5 years. Unfortunately, we had to vacate due to an en-bloc exercise. We are immensely thankful for the support of our loyal clientele, who spurred our decision to seek a new location, leading us to 1 Pandan Loop. Notably, customer feedback prompted us to introduce our fleet of electric bicycles, aimed at enhancing the quality of our products and after-sales service. With a focus on superior parts such as wirings and tires, we have diligently serviced, maintained, and upgraded nearly all available electric bicycles in the market.

2023 Goal Achieved: Strengthening Supplier Network in China

In pursuit of enhancing our supply chain efficiency and product quality, our operations team embarked on a significant journey to China. By the end of 2023, we successfully scouted for reliable and high-quality part suppliers and manufacturers across various cities.

During our visit, we traversed through key industrial hubs such as Tianjin, Hefei, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou, Nanchang, Xiamen, Foshan, Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Shenzhen. This extensive exploration led us to connect with 18 suppliers, enabling us to gain firsthand insights through factory tours, assembly line observations, and interactions with showroom products.

The experience proved invaluable, as it provided us with a deeper understanding of manufacturing processes and product quality standards that are not readily accessible in Singapore. By forging strong partnerships with reputable suppliers in China, we are confident in our ability to source top-notch components and materials, ultimately elevating the quality and reliability of our offerings. This achievement marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers.

2024 Goals:

1. Strengthen Supplier Relations: Following extensive research and testing on electric bicycles in Singapore, our goal is to establish formal working relationships with shortlisted factories and suppliers in China. This entails visiting these suppliers during the first week of March 2024 to solidify partnerships and pave the way for collaboration between them and Skoot Ezy.
2. Facilitate Two-Way Business Ventures: With the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships, we aim to facilitate two-way business ventures between manufacturers/suppliers in China and Skoot Ezy. These ventures encompass various aspects, such as supplying electric bicycle parts, conducting mix-and-match technical exchanges, sharing ground experience, and collaborating on sales and marketing efforts.
3. Position Singapore as a Bridge: Our vision is to position Singapore as a strategic bridge for manufacturers/suppliers to showcase their products, initially within our region and gradually on a global scale. By leveraging our expertise in sales and marketing, we aspire to raise awareness and promote the offerings of our partners, ultimately establishing Singapore as a hub for electric mobility solutions.

EN15194:2017 Certification and Battery Standard Testing for Safety and Performance

Our manufacturers have provided us with comprehensive guidelines to ensure that we meet the necessary specifications for obtaining EN15194:2017 certification.

Our exclusive battery manufacturer possesses extensive expertise and experience in battery production and is certified in this field. They are equipped to manufacture batteries that meet the standards required for certification, ensuring the safety and performance of lithium-ion battery packs used in portable electronic devices. Additionally, they adhere to safety standards for secondary lithium cells and batteries.
