How is the refund/return process?
Our 7-day refund/return policy starts the day you get your product.
If you are displeased with the product you received, you have the following options: Use your Skoot Ezy account to request a refund or return. After we've received your request, please return the merchandise to us. We will issue you a refund after we receive the returned product.
The item must be returned in its original packaging. If we determine that the items have been tampered with, we retain the right to refuse the refund/return.
